Cnet Nav Bar Ad

Cnet.com debuted an interesting Navigation Bar ad in June of 2013. On tablet, the ad swiped down from the nav bar while on desktop, the ad faded in on hover over. Although it appears on the nav bar, it is unobtrusive and memorable.
